How to Choose the Right 80V Battery Capacity

Selecting the appropriate 80V battery capacity depends on your equipment’s load requirements, duty cycle, and daily operating schedule. For heavy-duty or continuous operations with limited downtime, a higher capacity is recommended to ensure stable performance and extended runtime.

Single shift operation: 205–304Ah is suitable for standard 8-hour heavy-duty applications, providing reliable power with additional buffer for opportunity charging when required.

Double shift operation: 410–690Ah supports two consecutive shifts and is ideal for heavy counterbalance forklifts and port equipment, with opportunity charging available during shift changes or breaks.

Triple shift / 24-hour operation: 820Ah and above is designed for continuous heavy-duty use in demanding environments such as ports, steel mills, and automotive manufacturing facilities, where uninterrupted operation is critical. The maximum available capacity can reach up to 1,400Ah.
