How to Choose the Right 48V Battery Capacity

Selecting the appropriate 48V battery capacity depends on your daily operating schedule, load demands, and available charging opportunities. For high-intensity or continuous operations, it is recommended to choose a higher capacity range to ensure stable performance and reduce downtime.

Single shift operation: 205–304Ah is suitable for a standard 8-hour workday, providing sufficient energy with additional buffer for opportunity charging when needed.

Double shift operation: 410–560Ah supports two consecutive shifts and allows efficient opportunity charging during shift transitions or scheduled breaks.

Triple shift / 24-hour operation: 608Ah and above is designed for continuous 24/7 applications such as automotive manufacturing, large-scale 3PL logistics, and high-throughput distribution centers where uninterrupted power is critical.
