LITHIUM STORAGE designs and manufactures advanced lithium-ion battery solutions for electric commercial vehicles, smart forklift trucks and energy storage. Our China production factory is located in Suzhou with a technical complex in Nanjing plus international sales support in the United Kingdom. The current production capacity of Suzhou factory is 3GWh and 10Gwh is in construction, and there are approximately 400 employees, including 80 R&D engineers.

Our factory practices TQM (Total Quality Management) and uses the framework provided add: by ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and IS045001 to monitor and manage production quality. Our products have passed MSDS, UN38.3, UL, IEC62619, JET, and BIS product certification.

LITHIUM STORAGE key products are LFP/NCM chemistry prismatic lithium-ion Cell 40Ah-345Ah, lithium-ion battery modules, battery packs, active cooled Flexi Packs for commercial vehicles, smart forklift truck FLT batteries, PDU, BMS smart control units, and flexible energy storage battery systems. We produce a standard range of parts with customized options.

What is the focus of Lithium Storage

Lithium Storage supports the custom solution of lithium ion battery module according to the project's need, customization range including connectors, healing films, battery series and parallel combination, end plates and wrings etcetera. As well as Lithium Storage also offers series-parallel connection adjustments based on standard modules. Such as LFP50Ah 1P12S to LFP50Ah 2P6S or 3P4S.

Forklifts come in all shapes and sizes. The custom-made lithium batteries for forklifts differ in their recommended battery weight requirements, the size of the battery compartment, the types of charge and discharge connectors, and the battery charging system. Therefore, unlike standard models, there are make-to-order for the equipment. Lithium Storage provides forklifts lithium battery customization to adapt to different brands and models' demands in shape and weight. Customizable forklift brands include not limited to Toyota, Crown, HYUNDAI, HELI, LINDE, Yale, MITSUBISHI, NICHIYU and Jungheinrich etcetera.

As one of the custom lithium battery manufacturers in China, Excepting Flexi series of battery pack products, Lithium Storage also provides prototype designs of custom-made lithium-ion battery packs depending on application demand from IP grade, communication protocol, size of the battery pack, system capacity, control unit or PDU, and thermal management modes such as natural cooling, electrical heating, and liquid cooling.
